- IT Strategy Development: Design and implement IT strategies that align with the company's business vision, ensuring technology investments support overall growth and digital evolution.
- Technology Project Oversight: Supervise the end-to-end execution of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Leadership & Team Management: Guide, support, and mentor an IT team of 30 members, cultivating a collaborative and forward-thinking work environment.
- Resource Planning: Efficiently allocate resources to meet project and operational demands while collaborating with both internal teams and external service providers.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure IT operations comply with industry regulations and security frameworks.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain clear and open communication with business leaders to align IT initiatives with organizational needs and provide regular progress updates.
- Quality & Performance Assurance: Establish industry best practices, enforce compliance standards, and implement performance metrics to drive excellence in IT service delivery.
- Governance & Audit: Develop governance structures to maintain alignment with corporate policies, oversee compliance measures, and manage relationships with auditors.
- Information & Data Governance: Formulate and enforce a cohesive strategy for information management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standardizing data practices across the enterprise.
- Vendor & Supplier Management: Negotiate and manage partnerships with external IT vendors to ensure service agreements are met and drive continuous improvement in supplier performance
Performance Metrics:
- Project Delivery Success: Percentage of IT projects completed on schedule, within scope, and budget.
- Operational Efficiency: Effectiveness in optimizing IT resources and infrastructure.
- Business Satisfaction: Evaluation of stakeholder feedback and user satisfaction regarding IT services.
- Compliance Adherence: Meeting regulatory and governance standards for IT policies.
- Financial Oversight: Cost control and efficiency in managing IT expenditures.
Ongoing Key Initiatives:
- Transition to SAP S/4HANA under the transformation program.
- IT support for business expansion projects, including manufacturing capacity increase and service innovation.
- Strengthening cybersecurity posture to align with ISO27001, NIS2, and IEC62443 standards.
- Transitioning IT services to a more customer-focused operating model.
ProfileEssential Qualifications & Skills:
- Extensive experience in IT leadership, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong expertise in managing technology projects and optimizing IT resources.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and digital transformation strategies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Certification in project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2) is advantageous.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years in IT leadership roles.
- Master Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing IT environments.
- Multilingual proficiency (French, English, Dutch) is a strong asset.

You will play a pivotal role in fostering digital transformation and enhancing operational efficiency.
Organizational Placement:
- Reports directly to the group CIO.
- Member of the group Executive Committee.
- Direct oversight of a team of 30 professionals.
- IT oversight for manufacturing facilities across the different sites.
- IT infrastructure and support for European branches.
- IT service management for SAP and collaboration tools in US locations.
