In this challenging role, you will be responsible for managing project-related documents and ensuring accurate and timely handover to end users. You will work closely with various teams to optimize documentation flows and meet the highest quality standards within a regulated environment. • At least a bachelor's degree.
• Fluent in Dutch & English.
• Experienced user of Business Collaborator software such as Microsoft Teams, ACC, SharePoint or other web-based collaboration platforms.
• Previous experience in project or document management.
• Understanding of FDA or other regulated environments from design to startup.
• Strong experience in process, document control and document tracking.
• Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Excellent communication skills, well organized, proactive and structured working.
• Demonstrated skills in influencing and collaboration within and across organizations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and competencies.
• Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, database management software and personal computers.
• Experience with Microsoft tools such as Excel, SharePoint, Word and PowerPoint.
